Heartwood Collection is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team across our cosy pubs and Brasserie Blanc brasseries. Basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings of £14.25–£14.75 per hour including TRONC. You will work across sections, follow recipes, and contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes.
