We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our fantastic team. Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food.   • Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
  • Able to work with and alongside the Head Chef to follow guidance and inspire, motivate and develop the kitchen team
  • Have experience in working with fresh food, running busy operations and overseeing large teams
  • Ability to maintain quality and high standards across all areas of the kitchen
  • Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention

The Heartwood Collection currently has over 40 locations, including Brasserie Blanc restaurants and our lovely Heartwood Inn pubs, many of which now feature beautiful boutique bedrooms. We are aiming to grow to 61 sites by 2027, which could add up to 500 bedrooms over the next four years.
