Heartwood Collection is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers a basic hourly rate up to £13.10 plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings around £15–£16 including TRONC, and progression across our award-winning pubs and brasseries.
You will work across multiple sections, handle classic cooking techniques, and contribute to fresh, seasonal dishes. We provide bespoke training, employee benefits, and staff discounts across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.
