This is no ordinary opportunity. As part of the pre-opening team, our Assistant Restaurant Manager will play a key role in shaping the guest experience at Brasserie Angelica from day one. You'll help recruit, train, and lead a passionate restaurant team, ensuring every service reflects our REAL People values.

About You and The Role
