We're looking for a Breakfast Head Waiter / Waitress to join the team at Brasserie Angelica, The Newman's light-filled, all-day brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front and creating exceptional guest experiences at the most important meal of the day.
As a key member of the restaurant team, you will oversee our breakfast operation, typically working 6:30am to 3:00pm, ensuring every guest receives warm, engaging, and seamless service from the moment they arrive.
