How you’ll make an impact
You are an experienced Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolutionary environment. You will be an independent self-starter who is excited about building functions and processes from the ground up. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients at all levels. You will be confident, ambitious, and motivated to make a difference.
What you’ll do
- Identify talent through various mediums such as job boards, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, GitHub etc.
- Actively seek out passive candidates not currently seeking a career change and sell the opportunity to join Henry Schein One.
- Engage the candidates by sharing the Henry Schein One journey, benefits, vision & opportunities.
- Carry out all pre-screening activities including technical assessment of current and past skill sets, carrying out psychometric assessments, initial first stage interviews. Understand candidate motivations and aspirations and buying signals. Prepare shortlist for submission to hiring managers.
- Brief hiring managers on individual candidates and coach the managers to focus on individual and personal motivations of each candidate to maximise successful offer/acceptance process.
- Ensure preparation and submission of offers and follow up in line with Henry Schein One processes.
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify individual onboarding plans and ensure clear communication with all active participants.
- Maximise candidate experience throughout the candidate journey.
What you’ll bring with you
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills building trust with differing behavioural personalities to become partner in both communication and negotiation.
- Understanding of software technology stacks and modern engineering practices.
- Thorough understanding of ATS systems (Workday and/or Teamtailor preferable).
- 2 years + recruitment experience.
- Both in-house and agency experience a bonus.
- Critical thinker – inquisitive and interested, able to identify problems and present solutions.
- Creative with a continuous learning mentality.
- Tenacious with a never give up attitude.
- Resilient in challenging times.
- Engaging with internal and external customers building strong relationships and credibility.
- Self-motivated and diligent, and self-aware of their own training requirements and happy to seek support and develop their own knowledge.
