Software Engineering Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a remote engineering team, fostering continuous improvement and high productivity.
- Recruit, retain, and develop engineering talent to build a high‑density, high‑performing team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to set vision, strategy, and deliver successful features.
- Own the full development lifecycle: design, build, deploy, and maintain front‑end and back‑end solutions.
- Design and maintain infrastructure that enables integration across services and third‑party systems.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and lead projects focused on solving real‑world business and patient challenges.
- Drive process and practice maturity to support global growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an engineering team lead or senior full‑stack engineer.
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with strong knowledge of Typescript/JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience building single‑page applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Proficient with database technologies (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar).
- Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integration with internal and external services.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, Aurora, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Technical Skills
- Node.js / TypeScript
- Angular / React / Vue.js / Ember.js
- REST and GraphQL API design
- Serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Serverless Framework)
- Database design (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Aurora)
- AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines
