We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chargebacks and Pricing Analyst to support the execution and maintenance of customer pricing and vendor chargebacks across ESAT customers and European Special Markets. This role plays a key part in supporting structured pricing reviews and contributing to profitability through effective chargeback analysis, pricing validation, and identification of margin optimization opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Vendor Chargebacks: Conduct chargeback impact analysis during review periods, analyse opportunities, impact on current customer base and opportunities to engage product switching projects to maximise customer experience and enhance profitability. Consolidated EMEA claims for key customers. Support creation of a centralised Chargeback database for our EMEA activity to drive the future Vistex Chargeback application.
  • Pricing Review Execution: Conduct timely reviews of contract pricing against cost changes to minimise risk of reduced returns from fixed price terms, perform impact analysis and identify opportunities to switch products. Monthly review of pricing paid by each customer against the terms of their contract to ensure correct terms are in place.
  • Reporting: Provide ad-hoc reporting for customers, suppliers and projects. Participate in other duties as required by the business.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or relevant professional experience; professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent (completed or in progress) are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are an advantage.
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, pricing, data application, or reporting.
  • Experience working with data validation, reconciliation, or financial analysis, preferably in a B2B or distribution environment.
  • Exposure to pricing processes, contract management, or chargeback mechanisms is an advantage.
  • Experience handling large datasets and performing structured analysis to identify discrepancies or trends.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP) and/or pricing tools (e.g., Vistex) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multinational or EMEA environment is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Product Management).
