This is an opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into a role that goes beyond day-to-day administration.

You'll take the lead on projects, support automation initiatives, and play a key part in maintaining high standards across a busy, technical environment.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Supporting delivery of pension increases, benefit statements, reporting and automation testing
  • Managing and running projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
  • Carrying out and checking complex pension calculations across DB and DC schemes
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for non-standard cases and queries
  • Reviewing work, supporting junior colleagues and improving team output
  • Identifying process improvements, particularly around automation and efficiency
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • What you'll bring
  • Experience in occupational pensions (DB preferred, DC/hybrid also considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing workloads, projects and competing priorities
  • Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
  • Good communication skills and solid Excel capability
