This is an opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to step into a role that goes beyond day-to-day administration.
You'll take the lead on projects, support automation initiatives, and play a key part in maintaining high standards across a busy, technical environment.
- What you'll be doing
- Supporting delivery of pension increases, benefit statements, reporting and automation testing
- Managing and running projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
- Carrying out and checking complex pension calculations across DB and DC schemes
- Acting as a technical escalation point for non-standard cases and queries
- Reviewing work, supporting junior colleagues and improving team output
- Identifying process improvements, particularly around automation and efficiency
- Building strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- What you'll bring
- Experience in occupational pensions (DB preferred, DC/hybrid also considered)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Confidence managing workloads, projects and competing priorities
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues
- Good communication skills and solid Excel capability
