Solicitor / Legal Fee Earner

Our client, a long-established legal practice, is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to provide trusted advice to a diverse client base and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing advice to a pool of in house clients who outsource their commercial legal work. You will have the opportunity to build and develop relationships with clients across various industry sectors, including the firm's specialism of working with top-level sports clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial advice to in house clients across various industry sectors
• Build and develop client relationships, particularly with top-level sports clients
• Assist clients with enquiries, from initial enquiry to providing advice
• Contribute to business development by winning new work and developing professional relationships with new clients and potential referrers
• Supervise and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial law
• Excellent drafting and client care skills
• Ability to manage own caseload
• Effective team player in a busy department
