This is more than just a fee-earning role - it’s a chance to be part of a forward-thinking team where your input is valued and your development supported. We’re seeking a Commercial Property Conveyancer to join a long-established legal practice. This is a client-focused role within a dynamic commercial department, working closely with small to medium-sized businesses on a wide range of property matters.

You’ll handle everything from acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises, to commercial leases, landlord and tenant negotiations, and development site transactions. Exposure to auction sales, investment purchases, property finance, and agricultural land is a plus, while experience in business transfers will be viewed favourably, though not essential.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial property law, alongside a solid understanding of residential conveyancing. Confidence in managing your own caseload is key, as is the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive environment. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-departmental cover when needed.

In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a respected practice that values both professionalism and people. If you’re looking to make a meaningful move in your legal career, we’d love to hear from you.
