Solicitor / Legal Fee Earner

Overview

If you are a fee earner working in Civil Litigation and seeking a change, this is a good opportunity to work in a smaller team, working with the Head of Dept in a varied role managing your own caseload.

The role will incorporate a range of files, and the team and Head of Dept is a partner who will be available for further training and development for a role that will suit someone ideally up to 3 years PQE and all applications will be considered.

Client matters

The client matters will include :

• Contractual disputes
• Negligence
• Debt actions
• Commercial disputes
• Building disputes
• Misrepresentation
• Inheritance Act claims
• Contested probate claims

The firm offer secretarial support, and in its smaller team you will have continued professional development opportunities, including attending industry events. We are seeking a litigator who has good attention to detail, and communicates well, ensuring that clients are fully aware of the legal process and will be happy to negotiate settlements or instruct counsel, whichever is appropriate.
