Branwell Ford is recruiting a Motor Claims Litigator to join our client’s team in the Northampton area or the West Midlands.
The role focuses on managing a high-value caseload across pre- and post-litigation stages, while mentoring and upskilling the department.
You will work with claim handlers, insurers and third parties to secure settlements, and may take cases to trial when appropriate, ensuring compliance and efficient claims handling throughout.
