Your primary job is to lead a team of 2, manage projects for clients, and ensure data is handled correctly-all while supporting the growth and development of the team under your management.

What you\’ll bring:
* 5+ years in pensions administration (DB & DC), with pensions admin leadership experience (this can be as a Team Leader or as a Senior Administrator who has deputised in terms of work flow).
* Deep technical pensions knowledge.
* Sharp communication and numeracy skills.
* A problem-solving mindset and process improvement flair.
