- Manage workload - looking at KPIs, deal with the admin of member services and forward plan to ensure team targets are met.
- Lead and manage the execution of all benefit operational processes, both individual and bulk, ensuring timely completion of the Pensioner Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual payrolls.
- Manage people issues and welfare.
