We’re working on a high-impact pensions opportunity supporting trustee boards and senior stakeholders on the governance and delivery of complex occupational pension schemes. This is a varied role with exposure to both day-to-day governance and strategic projects that shape long-term outcomes.
What you’ll be doing (depending on your level):
- Supporting or leading trustee governance cycles – meetings, agendas, papers, and actions
- Building relationships with trustees, sponsors, and advisers across multiple schemes
- Contributing to strong governance frameworks across risk, compliance, and scheme operations
- Supporting delivery of strategic projects such as de-risking, investment changes, and scheme wind-ups
- Preparing clear, accurate governance and member communications
- Getting involved in client development and relationship management
- Mentoring junior team members (for more experienced hires)

What we’re looking for:
- Experience within DB pensions (level will depend on the role)
- Progressing towards or holding a relevant qualification (e.g. APMI, actuarial), or equivalent experience
