What You\’ll Do
In this role, you\’ll be at the heart of major governance and risk work across DB and DC pension schemes. You\’ll:
* Lead and deliver high-impact governance and risk management projects
* Act as a trusted adviser to Trustee Boards and senior stakeholders
* Guide clients through governance challenges with clarity and confidence
* Review and enhance governance frameworks, board effectiveness, policies and operational structures
* Deliver end-to-end risk management work, including risk registers, control frameworks, assurance models and ORA
* Manage small project teams and own client relationships
* Share knowledge internally, deliver training, and elevate best practice
