Position Overview
The Senior Consultant will play a key role in delivering professional and proactive trustee executive services to large clients, managing projects, and contributing to the development and marketing of the consultancy's services.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead trustee secretary for multiple clients
- Deliver governance thought leadership and strategic input
- Conduct governance reviews on board effectiveness and risk management
- Provide in-house support to clients as needed
- Lead new business tender processes, including pitches
- Manage own and others' workloads effectively
- Build and maintain industry networks to identify opportunities
Requirements
- Strong understanding of scheme governance and industry trends
- Broad experience in trustee secretariat and governance consulting
- Confidence in all aspects of trustee meeting support
- Degree-level education and professional pensions qualification (e.g., APMI, FPMI)
- DB & DC trust-based experience and passion for governance
- Up-to-date legislative knowledge and familiarity with TPR's General Code
