We’re looking for experienced Application Support Engineers to join a specialist team supporting a major UK pension administration platform. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys deep technical problem‑solving and working in a secure, high‑impact environment.
The Role
- You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support for a complex pension administration system, including troubleshooting issues, supporting upgrades and migrations, and ensuring smooth integrations with Oracle Fusion.
- You’ll work closely with technical teams and pension operations to keep the platform stable, accurate, and compliant.
What You’ll Work On
- Investigating and resolving advanced incidents
- Supporting system migrations and data cleansing
- Testing integrations between the pension platform and Oracle systems
- Monitoring performance and recommending improvements
- Liaising with vendors and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with pension administration platforms (ideally EQ Compendia)
- Knowledge of public‑sector schemes
- Solid SQL, Oracle DB, and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of pension workflows and calculations
- Experience in secure or regulated environments (ideal)
Working Pattern
- Hybrid until cleared
- On‑site in Central London once DV cleared
- Occasional out‑of‑hours support for major incidents or releases
