A leading provider of pension services is on the lookout for a confident and experienced Pensions Manager to join their team. If you\’re all about smooth governance, sharp compliance, could be your next big move. This role is UK wide.
Position Overview
You\’ll be the go-to expert for in-house pensions teams, providing outsourced support that truly adds value. You will take ownership of client pensions management projects from planning through to delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for both clients and scheme advisors, you\’ll steer complex projects, keep governance on track, and ensure every regulatory box is ticked. It\’s a role where your insight, organisation, and leadership will make a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead for outsourced in-house pensions support
- Act as scheme secretary on permanent/interim basis
- Manage portfolio of pension schemes and projects
- Ensure services align with client contracts and standards
- Drive issue resolution and maintain regulatory compliance
- Oversee pension scheme governance to prevent breaches
- Manage scheme business plan and address diversions
- Monitor budget, ensure profitability, and identify out-of-scope activities
Requirements
