Are you a detail-oriented pension professional ready to take your career to the next level? A dynamic pensions consultancy is seeking an exceptional Senior DC Pension Administrator who can transform complex pension challenges into seamless solutions.

Position Overview
As a Senior DC Pension Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration services for both member and client queries related to DC pension schemes, ensuring that all service level agreements and performance standards are met. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting junior team members.

Responsibilities
* Administer DC pension schemes, handling member and client queries
* Ensure service level agreements and performance standards are achieved
* Act as a senior technical reference point for complex cases
* Review and challenge work performed by junior associates
* Train, support, and mentor junior team members
* Assist with complex projects and complaint resolution
* Identify areas for service improvement and communicate findings
