We are seeking an experienced solicitor, legal executive or conveyancer to manage a mixed caseload, work with introducers and provide a seamless service to clients. The role comes with full paralegal and secretarial support and be varied and include :
- Sales & purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- Transfer of equity

- Shared ownership

You will be responsible for working with clients from initial instruction to post completion, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with, issues resolved, searches carried out as well as drafting and checking documents.
