We are seeking an experienced solicitor, legal executive, or conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload, work with introducers, and provide seamless service to clients. The role includes full paralegal and secretarial support and involves:

  • Re-mortgages
  • Leasehold enfranchisement
  • Transfer of equity
  • New build
  • Shared ownership
  • Help to buy

You will be responsible for working with clients from initial instruction to post-completion, ensuring all enquiries are addressed, issues resolved, searches carried out, and documents drafted and checked. We seek a natural communicator who can support and develop junior staff and identify business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE. In return, the benefits package includes a bonus and 25 days holiday.
