We are seeking an experienced solicitor, legal executive, or conveyancer to manage a diverse caseload, work with introducers, and provide seamless service to clients. The role includes full paralegal and secretarial support and involves:
- Re-mortgages
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- Transfer of equity

- Shared ownership

You will be responsible for working with clients from initial instruction to post-completion, ensuring all enquiries are addressed, issues resolved, searches carried out, and documents drafted and checked.
