Our client is a global insurance broker, who are seeking a litigator who has solid motor claims experience to support clients and work with the claims handlers across a variety of interesting cases.

The team manage pre and post litigation cases, and this role will provide the department with additional technical legal knowledge and compliance throughout the process.

This is a role requiring people management skills, as part of the responsibilities will be to develop, upskill and mentor the team.

Key duties will include handling a complex and high valued caseload, dealing with clients as well as time sensitive claims.

We are seeking a strong negotiator, experienced in working with insurers and other third parties to achieve settlement or at times taking claims to trial.
