  • Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
  • Getting schemes ready for the Pensions Dashboard and other key regulatory deadlines
  • Conducting benefit audits and data cleansing to ensure clean, reliable data
  • Supporting new client onboarding and business transitions
  • Collaborating closely with internal admin teams and external clients to deliver tailored, high-quality data solutions

What you bring

  • Strong working knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes
  • Experience in DB pensions administration and data management
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and project deadlines
  • Skilled in bulk calculations and data transformation techniques
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint for client reporting

  • Ideally APMI qualified (or working towards it)

Why join?

  • Work on technical, high-profile projects
  • Learn from leading experts in pensions data
  • Make a visible impact on schemes, sponsors, and members
  • Be part of a team that values your ideas, encourages learning, and supports your development
