What you'll be doing
- Supporting schemes in preparing data for buy-in and buy-out transactions
- Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
- Getting schemes ready for the Pensions Dashboard and other key regulatory deadlines
- Conducting benefit audits and data cleansing to ensure clean, reliable data
- Supporting new client onboarding and business transitions
- Collaborating closely with internal admin teams and external clients to deliver tailored, high-quality data solutions
What you bring
- Strong working knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes
- Experience in DB pensions administration and data management
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and project deadlines
- Skilled in bulk calculations and data transformation techniques
- Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint for client reporting
- Comfortable working within scoped budgets and delivering to high standards
- Ideally APMI qualified (or working towards it)
