Position Overview
As a Junior Pensions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's commitment to delivering bespoke solutions for small to medium-sized DB pension trusts. You will work closely with the actuarial, pensions administration, pensions management, and investment consulting teams to provide exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for, attend, and follow up on client meetings
- Collate and publish meeting papers for client/trustee meetings
- Draft minutes from client and Trustee meetings
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills
Requirements
- Proven experience in a DB pensions environment
- Progress towards or completion of SPA exams highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
