Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is able to make a positive impact by providing a smooth and seamless property transaction experience for clients. You will play a vital role in a busy residential property team, keeping cases moving, clients informed and solicitors equipped to deliver a top-tier service. From handling key documentation and ensuring compliance to coordinating with clients, agents and other solicitors, you will play a central role in keeping every transaction on track.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and preparing client care documentation
- Drafting standard legal documents and correspondence with precision
- Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Carrying out ID verification, AML and compliance checks
- Supporting contract exchanges and ensuring smooth transaction completions
Requirements:
- Ideally a minimum of one year's experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
