We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer who prioritises client care and understands that reputation is everything. Working in a friendly and inclusive team of 6 fee earners with your own legal assistant, you will manage cases from instruction to post completion. This is a 6 partner firm with good technology.

Your clients will at times be demanding and you will have the ability to keep them updated on the conveyancing process to manage their expectations, meeting with them to explain complex matters and sign agreements. With the ability to meet deadlines and keep all parties updated, we are seeking an experienced fee earner, with acute attention to detail, to review documents and provide the best quality advice.

Someone who can negotiate and resolve complex property queries and use their legal knowledge to find solutions. The established team are professional, friendly, social and welcoming.
