An established pensions consulting business is looking for a Client Relationship Director to play a pivotal role in its continued growth. This is a senior, visible position for someone who thrives on strategic client leadership, commercial impact, and trusted-advisor status.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major clients, building deep relationships, driving account growth, and unlocking cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broad consulting and operational offering. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you’ll also support colleagues across the wider group and help shape market positioning.
