You’ll act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, shape best practice, lead projects, contribute to thought leadership, and help drive improvements that impact millions of scheme members.

Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on pensions administration, governance, and operational best practice.
  • Leading complex projects and workstreams from inception to delivery.
  • Supporting major industry initiatives including pensions dashboards and data improvement programmes.
  • Providing technical expertise on DB pensions legislation, administration, and scheme governance.
  • Building strong client relationships and representing the business at meetings, events, and industry forums.
  • Mentoring colleagues and helping shape the future direction of the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong DB pensions administration and governance experience.
  • A deep understanding of pensions legislation and scheme operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to translate complex technical issues into practical solutions.
  • PMI qualification or similar is advantageous.
