We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Lead Pensions Associate who can combine strong technical pensions knowledge with natural leadership skills.
This isn’t just another pensions administration role. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Coach, support and develop a team of Pensions Associates
- Become a key point of escalation for complex cases and technical queries
- Help shape workflow, performance and day-to-day operations
- Use your technical expertise to drive quality and accuracy
- Get involved in process improvement and change initiatives
- Step up and lead the team when the Lead Associate is unavailable
The ideal person will have solid DB/DC pensions administration experience, strong technical knowledge and the confidence to support and develop others. You’ll be someone who is approachable, calm under pressure and enjoys making things better - not someone who simply wants to manage a checklist.
