Join a highly regarded Commercial Property department, consistently recognised by Legal 500 for its depth of expertise and client service excellence. This is a superb opportunity for a newly or recently qualified lawyer to build a varied and challenging caseload, blending complex residential transactions with hybrid residential/commercial matters.
You'll work closely with the firm's long-established client base, including some high-net-worth individuals, as well as entrepreneurs, developers and company directors, providing tailored support on their personal property portfolios and transactions.
Responsibilities- Managing client files from instruction to completion with supervision
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases and security documents
- Conducting title checks, searches and reporting on key risks
- Handling sales, purchases, refinancing and transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents and third parties to progress transactions
- Supporting senior solicitors on large-scale or bespoke matters
- Collaborating with internal teams across Planning, Development, and Corporate for cross-disciplinary transactions
- Participating in business development and networking initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Confident managing your own caseload (with support)
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive mindset
- Commercially aware with a client-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and file management discipline
- Willing to get involved in marketing and BD initiatives
