Remote role with travel as required. We’re looking for a Pension Consultant to work across multiple clients, providing hands-on support with scheme management, governance, and advisory projects. You’ll be at the heart of decision-making, supporting Trustee Boards, shaping solutions, and ensuring schemes run smoothly and effectively.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to high-profile projects from day-to-day scheme management to governance reviews, risk management support, and strategic advisory work.
What You’ll Do
- Support Trustee Boards with ongoing pension scheme management
- Deliver governance, secretariat, and compliance support for multiple clients
- Lead or contribute to projects such as adviser/provider reviews, risk management initiatives, and policy development
- Provide clear, high-quality reporting and presentations to clients
- Manage supplier relationships and help clients make informed decisions
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay ahead of industry developments and regulatory changes

- Experienced in pensions consulting, secretariat, or governance roles
- Strong technical and analytical skills with an eye for detail
