We are seeking a senior solicitor to join a long-established, financially robust and highly respected Legal 500 firm at the forefront of personal injury and clinical negligence work.
This role is designed for someone who is ready to assume responsibility for and further develop a sophisticated and demanding caseload of predominantly high-value matters. The work centres on complex and life-changing claims, including catastrophic head and brain injuries, as well as spinal injuries, offering the chance to make a tangible and lasting difference to clients and their families at the most critical points in their lives.
The firm is seeking a solicitor of significant standing, typically with at least 6 years PQE who is confident handling the most challenging of cases. The successful candidate will be well versed in collaborating with medical experts, counsel and leading third-sector organisations that support victims of catastrophic injury, such as national brain injury charities and specialist advocacy groups.
This position offers far more than case management alone. You will play a central role in shaping the future direction of a busy Personal Injury department, strengthening external relationships and contributing to the firm's continued reputation for excellence.
In return, the firm offers a genuinely attractive remuneration package together with a comprehensive benefits package. For the right individual, this is a rare opportunity to secure a pivotal and influential role within one of the market's most respected teams.
