We are working with a highly respected Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm that is looking to add an Enfranchisement Associate to their growing team. This is more than just a technical role - you will have the chance to build meaningful client relationships, contribute to the strategic growth of the department and play an active part in spotting new opportunities for business development and expansion.
In this role, you will act primarily for leaseholders, developing strong relationships with your clients as you guide them through the often complex process of enfranchisement. You will play a hands-on role in managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, taking responsibility for every stage of the matter. This includes advising clients on their rights and options, preparing and reviewing key legal documents and working closely with surveyors, managing agents and other professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
You will bring strong experience in enfranchisement, ideally complemented by a background in residential property. With a commercial mindset and a strategic approach, you will have a proven track record of managing complex matters from instruction to completion, delivering practical, results-focused advice throughout.
In return, you will receive excellent career development opportunities, a competitive salary, 25 days' holiday, pension, life assurance, private health cover, a discretionary bonus and a hybrid working policy that supports a work/life balance.
