A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the centre of Essex is looking to recruit an experienced Team Coordinator to support its Corporate & Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within the practice, ideal for someone who enjoys being the organisational backbone of a busy legal team. It is not a traditional one-to-one PA position; instead, the role has been designed to provide broader support across the department.
You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the team, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring processes are followed efficiently. Duties will include:
- Onboarding new clients and managing engagement processes
- Preparing and issuing quotes
- Acting as the key liaison between the legal team and Accounts
- Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Legal Assistants
- Diary management and booking appointments
- General team coordination to support fee earners across Corporate/Commercial
- Occasional involvement in Employment matters
This role would suit an experienced legal support professional who is confident, highly organised, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders. You need to have a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work autonomously.
