This is a senior, visible role for a pensions professional who thrives on responsibility and variety. You will sit at the centre of multiple occupational pension schemes, acting as trusted adviser, scheme secretary, project lead and problem-solver with real influence over outcomes, not just processes.

What you'll do:

  • Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams
  • Act as Scheme Secretary (permanent or interim)
  • Own day-to-day client relationships and adviser engagement
  • Manage governance, compliance, budgets and business plans across a portfolio of schemes
  • Lead complex pensions projects and resolve issues before they escalate
