This is a senior, visible role for a pensions professional who thrives on responsibility and variety. You will sit at the centre of multiple occupational pension schemes, acting as trusted adviser, scheme secretary, project lead and problem-solver with real influence over outcomes, not just processes.
What you'll do:
- Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams
- Act as Scheme Secretary (permanent or interim)
- Own day-to-day client relationships and adviser engagement
- Manage governance, compliance, budgets and business plans across a portfolio of schemes
- Lead complex pensions projects and resolve issues before they escalate
- Drive quality, profitability and continuous improvement
