Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team delivering commercial air conditioning installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to learn the trade from the ground up, with full support, mentoring and structured training provided.

The Role:

Assisting experienced engineers on commercial AC installation projects

*

Learning installation of split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems

*

Supporting with pipework, containment, testing and commissioning activities

*

Working on project-based sites across the UK

*

Gaining hands-on experience alongside formal training

Training & Development:

*

Extensive on-the-job training provided

*

Opportunity to gain F-Gas qualification and further industry certifications

*

Clear progression path into a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer role

About You:

*

Strong work ethic and a genuine interest in building services / air conditioning

*

Willing to learn and take instruction

*

Comfortable working on construction and commercial sites

*

Willing to travel and stay away from home as required

*

Full UK driving licence (preferred xiskglj but not essential)
