This role focuses on maintaining premium catering assets within a prestigious portfolio that includes luxury boutique hotels, private colleges, high-end gastropubs, and corporate hospitality suites across the Northern Home Counties.

  • Gas Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety standards and documenting inspections via a digital reporting system.
  • Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with Head Chefs and General Managers, providing technical insights and equipment advice.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Expert: Valid COMCAT 1, 3, and 5 qualifications are essential.
