About the Role

Branta Recruitment are looking for a motivated Junior Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver to join a small, friendly team specialising in commercial air conditioning installations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in air conditioning, gain hands‑on experience, and progress through full AC qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the installation team with commercial air conditioning projects.
• Support senior engineers in all aspects of installation, from preparation to commissioning.
• Travel to various sites for installations; overnight stays may be required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards on every project.
• Work as a reliable team member to complete projects on time and to specification.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning preferred, but not essential – training will be provided.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
• Strong team player with a positive, reliable attitude.
• Good time management, organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with long-term career ambitions in AC.
