Air Conditioning Engineer – Midlands £37,000 – £47,000 + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime + Call‑Out + bonus + medical Permanent | Full‑Time | Mobile Role We’re looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineers to support a busy portfolio of commercial properties and retail stores amongst other sites across Central England. You will be assigned a sensible geographical patch working alongside a team of engineers supported by an experienced supervisor and management. This is a mobile role carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault‑finding and minor repairs on a range of commercial AC systems. Any experience with cellar coolers and refrigeration would be a welcome bonus The Role Service, maintenance and repair of AC systems VRV/VRF, splits, multi‑splits, some AHUs and FCUs Diagnosing faults and completing first‑time fixes Working independently across a regional patch Completing compliance paperwork and job reports Participating in a call‑out rota (enhanced rates) What You’ll Need F‑Gas 2079 (essential) NVQ Level 2/3 in AC & Refrigeration (preferred) Strong fault‑finding and diagnostics experience Background in commercial, retail or FM environments Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and manage your workload What’s On Offer £37,000 – £47,000 base salary Company van + fuel card Overtime at enhanced rates Bonus Private Medical Call‑out payments Tools, uniform, phone/tablet 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme OEM training (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba) If you’re an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential, we’d love to hear from you
