KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process & Quality Control: Audit administrative outputs, maintain accurate digital record-keeping systems (CRM/ERP/CAFM), and continuously refine office procedures to boost overall efficiency.

Stakeholder & Client Liaison: Act as a key escalation point for incoming inquiries, supplier communications, and senior management support, delivering professional and solution-focused resolutions.

Reporting & Data Management: Track operational KPIs, compile performance reports, and maintain accurate documentation for internal audits and leadership reviews.

Team Guidance: Provide informal mentorship and daily coordination for junior administrative staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and productive environment.
Essential Skills & Experience

Administrative Background: Proven track record in a Senior Administrator, Project Coordinator, or High-Volume Administrative role within a fast-paced environment.

Organisational Excellence: Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain immaculate attention to detail.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: A natural, articulate communicator capable of engaging effectively with colleagues, executive leaders, suppliers, and external clients.
