We are a leading provider of reactive, planned, and specialist maintenance services looking for a Trainee Technical Manager to join our team. Requirements * Background: A trade qualification/background OR an HNC/HND/Degree in Construction Management / Building Services OR a technical administrator / helpdesk manager * Technical Aptitude: Good understanding of building fabrics, M&E systems, or general maintenance principles. * Computer Literacy: Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Excel/Office and an eagerness to learn CAFM / job management software (e.g., Simpro, Verisae, Joblogic). * Communication: Confident communicating with site technicians, subcontractors, estate managers, and commercial clients. What We Offer * Structured Development: Clear pathway to full Technical Manager status within 18–24 months. * Mentorship & Certification: Direct mentoring from experienced contracts directors, plus company-funded training (e.g., SMSTS, IOSH, Asbestos Awareness). * Benefits Package: Company vehicle/fuel card or car allowance, competitive pension, bonus scheme, and tool/tech allowance. * Great Culture: A supportive, fast-paced working environment within a growing maintenance business.
