Branta Recruitment are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter to join a facilities management company in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a strategic role designed to industrialize the hiring process, reduce agency dependency, and work as a professional peer to hiring managers. We are looking for an individual who can build a predictable, scalable hiring engine to support an expanding project pipeline.

Job priorities:

  • Quality of Candidate: Prioritizing the "right" people to ensure long-term retention and performance.
  • Reduce Hiring Manager Burden: Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle so leadership can focus on operations.
  • Volume & Speed: Meeting headcount demands for technical and site-based roles efficiently.
  • Cost Control: Managing the supply chain and reducing overall cost-per-hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Technical Pipeline Building: Proactively source high-demand technical roles, including M&E Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers.
  • Utilize Boolean searches and talent mapping to find "always-needed" talent.
  • Build warm pipelines to shift from reactive advertising to proactive hiring.

Process Management & Standardisation:

  • Define business needs through structured intake meetings with managers.
  • Produce standardised, high-quality Job Descriptions and interview processes.
