Branta are seeking a practical, personable and helpful Handyman with experience to join a facilities team in Gosforth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping buildings and grounds safe, clean, and welcoming. Working as part of a supportive, multi-skilled team, you'll take responsibility for day-to-day site upkeep, carrying out basic repairs, maintenance, and caretaking duties across a range of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening, securing, and checking sites each day.
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and repair work.
  • Completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Setting up rooms and moving furniture as required.

  • Willing to undertake enhanced DBS check.
