Branta are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of financial control, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic, fast-growing business. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with clear, actionable financial insights that drive growth, efficiency, and commercial performance across the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day financial management, reporting, and control activities.
  • Produce and review management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  • Analyse performance vs budget/forecast, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong financial governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and pricing decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards to enhance operational transparency.
  • Work closely with project, operations, and senior management teams to turn data into insights.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to streamline financial operations.
  • Provide financial input into strategic discussions, commercial opportunities, and growth initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in finance management, financial control, or management accounting.
  • Background in an SME, project-led, or fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex financial data for non-financial audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
