Branta Seeking is looking for a proactive Energy Analyst to embed a culture of sustainability across our operations. You will drive our green agenda forward by supporting corporate commitments to carbon reduction, resource efficiency, and social value, while ensuring absolute compliance with current environmental legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Carbon & Energy Management: Track, analyze, and report on energy, water, and waste data. Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with facilities teams to deploy energy-saving technologies.
- Compliance & Strategy: Support the execution of the company’s Carbon Reduction Strategy. Monitor environmental regulations and maintain accurate sustainability KPIs, dashboards, and audit records.
- Resource & Waste Circularity: Coordinate multi-site recycling initiatives, promote responsible procurement, and optimize the tracking, reuse, and disposal of operational equipment to maximize safe workspace capacity.
- Facilities & Capital Support: Integrate eco-friendly considerations into refurbishments, capital projects, biodiversity schemes, and sustainable employee travel initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central sustainability champion. Create engaging internal content, deliver environmental awareness training, and liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing environmental, net-zero, or sustainability initiatives within a multi-site commercial or corporate estate.
- Strong data literacy—confident tracking energy consumption, mapping utility data, and building progress reports.
