Branta Recruitment are working with a respected Facilities Management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join their expanding engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced plumber with commercial maintenance experience who wants long-term progression, stability, and the chance to step into a more senior position over time. As a key member of the FM team, you will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across multiple commercial sites, support clients directly, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPMs, reactive repairs, and general plumbing maintenance across commercial buildings
- Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently and safely
- Support engineers on site and work collaboratively with the wider FM team
- Liaise directly with clients, providing professional advice and excellent service
- Assist with small installations, refurbishments, and minor mechanical tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
