Branta Recruitment are seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Handyman to support the day-to-day upkeep of a busy static site in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with practical skills who takes pride in ensuring buildings and facilities are safe, well-presented, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general building maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements across the site.
- Perform basic plumbing, joinery, decorating, and minor electrical duties.
- Provide timely response to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support site safety by conducting regular checks, identifying hazards, and taking corrective action.
- Assist with room set-ups, furniture moves, and general caretaking duties as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, plant rooms, and storage areas in a clean and organised manner.
- Liaise with contractors and report any larger repair requirements.
About You
