We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a growing company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on installation work, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and is comfortable travelling across the UK to support a variety of client projects.

The Role

  • Carry out installation, commissioning and testing of split systems, VRV/VRF systems, and ventilation equipment
  • Work on a variety of commercial, industrial and retail sites
  • Follow installation plans, specifications and H&S requirements
  • Travel across the UK (approx. 60% of the time) with occasional overnight stays
  • Work overtime as required — paid at time and a half
  • Represent the business professionally on client sites, maintaining excellent standards of work and customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • F-Gas qualified (Category 1 preferred)
  • Proven experience in air conditioning installation
  • Strong technical ability with good fault-finding and commissioning skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and work overtime where needed
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work safely and independently
